Guided Float Through Buffalo National River

The teams at 37 North Expeditions and the Buffalo Outdoor Center will lead a guided float on the Upper Buffalo National River this Saturday, May 9, from 8a-7p.

  • River Ready: This 8-mile float winds through the Buffalo National River, the nation’s first-ever national river, where expert guides will lead the way, providing safety support, gear, and local insight throughout the journey.

  • Waterfallin’ for You: The day also includes a hike to Hemmed-In Hollow, home to the tallest waterfall between the Rockies and the Appalachian Mountains.

Fayetteville Farmers Market Adds Tuesday Night Option

The Fayetteville Farmers Market has launched a Tuesday Sunset on the Square evening market on the Downtown Square.

  • Clock Out, Check Out: The new market will take place each Tuesday from 4-8p through September, adding an after-work option alongside the market’s traditional Thursday and Saturday morning hours. The expansion follows a successful trial run last fall and the city's recent approval to expand the market’s schedule and footprint.

  • Shop Local: Expect the same mix of locally grown produce, meats, baked goods, flowers, and handmade crafts sourced from vendors across Northwest Arkansas.
