Development
Details On The Concord Commons Development
A new development is taking shape next to Pleasant Crossing in Rogers, on the same site where a Costco was once proposed before plans fell through in 2023.
Retail Therapy: Concord Commons will feature a 6-acre, 250-unit multifamily community alongside multiple retail and commercial spaces, totaling nearly 275,000 sqft.
X Games Mode: The development is set to include Arkansas’s first Dick’s House of Sport, complete with climbing walls, golf simulators, batting cages, outdoor turf fields, and premium brands. It will also feature an Urban Air indoor adventure park, with additional commercial space still available.

Community
Local Developer Is Shaping Southeast Bentonville
The southeast quadrant of Bentonville is quickly emerging as a cultural hub, in large part due to the work of local developer Michael Pedlar.
High Rise: Pedlar moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2019 to work at Walmart, but has since shifted his focus to shaping Bentonville through a series of development projects across the city.
Boxed In: Those projects include Local @ Coler, a mountain-biker hotel with a speakeasy, Lightbox, a collection of townhomes with a focus on lighting, Brightbox, a 25-unit condo development, and Ice Box, Bentonville’s first live-work-play community.
