The Heartland Whole Health Institute in Bentonville plans to host Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett for another Building Bridges conversation, happening on Saturday, May 9, at 6p.

  • Order in the Court: Barrett and Olivia Walton will explore how civil disagreement, respect, and intellectual rigor shape democracy and judicial decision-making.

  • 250 Years Young: The program is part of Crystal Bridges’ year-long celebration of America at 250, with past guests including President Barack Obama and filmmaker Ken Burns.

Mini Derby To Trot Through Rogers

The Equestrian Bridges’ 14th Annual Mini Derby will trot through Rogers on Saturday, May 2, from 4-8p.

  • Horsin’ Around: The derby will feature mini horse racing, live music from Funk Factory, a premium open bar, plus live viewing of the Kentucky Derby, which is also happening on May 2, with Derby-inspired food.

  • Riding for a Reason: All proceeds will benefit Equestrian Bridges’ mission of serving Northwest Arkansas special needs children, at-risk youth, veterans, corporations, and individuals & families in need.
