NWA’s Largest Local Market To Take Over Fayetteville

Shop small in a big way at NWA Makers’ Market (The BIG One), happening at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Fayetteville on Sunday, Apr 26, from 9a-5p.

  • Shop β€˜Til You Drop: Explore over 300 booths of artists and makers showcasing everything from handmade furniture and unique art to locally made food and drinks, all created by Northwest Arkansas locals.

  • Fun for the Fam: The event will also have kids’ activities, a dedicated kid vendor area with more than 50 young entrepreneurs, and live music from 11a-2p, plus food trucks, coffee, and a beer garden.

Head to Siloam Springs this upcoming weekend, Friday, Apr 24, through Sunday, Apr 26, for two big community events around town.

  • You Should-a Go! Hunt for vintage finds, handmade goods, tools, and more at Pickin’ in the Parking Lot at Sassafras & The Picken Chicken in Siloam Springs from Friday, Apr 24, through Sunday, Apr 26, from 10a–5p.

  • Festival Fun: The 52nd Annual Siloam Springs Dogwood Festival will also take place from Friday, Apr 24, through Sunday, Apr 26, with shopping, live music, family-friendly events, and more planned.

NWA Burger Week To Serve Flavor For A Purpose

NWA’s Inaugural Burger Week will happen across the area from Sunday, May 3, to Saturday, May 9.

  • Burgers for a Cause: 37 restaurants and food trucks across Northwest Arkansas will serve specialty burgers for a set price of $12, with $1 from every burger sold benefiting the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank.

  • Support Local, Taste More: Burgers will be served Γ  la carte, giving guests the chance to explore sides and drinks while supporting the local spots making this event possible.

Arkansas’s First-Ever Regional Volunteer Hub To Launch In NWA

The Jones Center plans to open the state’s first regional volunteer center, after receiving a $1.2M grant from Walmart.

  • Investing in Impact: The grant will fund the creation of the Northwest Arkansas Regional Volunteer Center, with locations planned for Springdale and Rogers and a phased launch starting in 2027.

  • Supporting Service: The center’s purpose is to connect Northwest Arkansans with service opportunities and equip local nonprofits with the tools and resources needed to grow.

Rogers Historical Museum Unveils New Exhibit

The Rogers Historical Museum will open its newest art exhibit this upcoming weekend.

  • A Century of Ozark Tourism: The exhibit will highlight over 100 years of history around visitors being drawn to Northwest Arkansas’s natural springs, rivers, and historic destinations, tracing how tourism became a statewide industry.

  • Member Preview Celebration: The exhibit will open this Saturday, Apr 25, and will remain open to the public until Saturday, Apr 1, 2028.
