310-Unit Housing Complex In The Works Near Crystal Bridges

A 310-unit housing complex is in the works in Bentonville, adding to the growing Art + Wellness Campus, which includes the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine, the Heartland Whole Health Institute, and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. 

• A Blended Vision: Designed to connect the arts and community, the multi-family housing project features trails winding through Ozark landscapes and provides neighborhood amenities such as coffee shops, a market, and an accessible park.

• Building Community: Slated for completion in 2026, the five-story complex will feature two buildings—one dedicated to medical students at the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine and the other open to area residents. Units will range from studios to two bedrooms.
