Lowering the Startup Barrier: The Arkansas Food Innovation Center at Market Center of the Ozarks (AFIC@MCO) was created to lower those hurdles. The facility offers shared-use commercial kitchen space, contract food processing services, and hands-on technical support designed to help food businesses grow at their own pace. With flexible, hourly kitchen access, professional equipment, and guidance on food safety and production,
Recipes to Revenue: AFIC@MCO gives entrepreneurs the infrastructure they need without the burden of building it themselves. The result is a practical on-ramp for food trucks, caterers, bakers, and packaged food producers ready to move from concept to market.
