Local Investors Save The Meteor Guitar Gallery
A group of Northwest Arkansans rallied to preserve a local venue and secure a spot for The Meteor Guitar Gallery.
Stayin’ Alive: The local community gathered about $700K to stop a potential foreclosure at The Ravington event space and secure the building for The Meteor Guitar Gallery’s new home.
What’s The Next Step? Now that the foreclosure threat is gone, organizers have launched an online fundraiser to raise another $350K toward the building’s purchase and an additional $300K for upgrades, such as a bar and kitchen. The space will continue hosting weddings and also bring back live music.

Hot Date, Hard Pass takes over The Momentary in Bentonville on Friday, Mar 21, from 7-10p.
Chemistry 101: Hosted by Queenie Be, this live, on-stage experience offers a fresh take on single-dating competitions. One bachelor or bachelorette chats with four mystery matches to see if there’s chemistry with anyone. After each round, one person receives a Hard Pass until a final Hot Date is chosen.

A candy store in Lowell recently opened its doors to the public.
A Sweet Step Back in Time: Housed in a former forestry office, the once-vacant space has been transformed into Pop C’s Candy Emporium, whose environment models what you might see in Willy Wonka.
They’re Selling Chocolates! From free samples of house-made toffee to imported Belgian chocolates and local Kyya creations, the shop offers a wide range of candy, including nostalgic, foreign, vegan, gluten-free, organic, and novelty sweets.
