Commercial Real Estate Scene In Northwest Arkansas Remains Strong

Northwest Arkansas’s commercial real estate scene is holding steady, with high demand and low vacancies across office, retail, and industrial spaces, according to a new report.

  • The Office: Office vacancies dropped to 4.6% last year, while retail space sits at 3.2% vacancy. Industrial space grew a bit to 6.4% as new projects near Walmart’s Home Office move forward.

  • On The High Rise: The report also highlighted ongoing infrastructure projects, steady job growth, and strong investment activity across all property types in NWA.

No. 8 Gymbacks Look To Break NCAA Record

The No. 8 Arkansas Razorbacks women’s gymnastics team invites fans to Pack the Palace at Bud Walton Arena on Friday, March 6, at 7:15p, for a meet that could make NCAA history.

  • Raising The Bar: The Gymbacks will host No. 1 Oklahoma in their final home meet of the season and are challenging Razorback Nation to break the NCAA gymnastics attendance record of 16,019, originally set by Utah in 2015.

  • A Flipping Good Time: UA’s gymnastics squad has thrived inside Bud Walton Arena, posting five of the program’s top 10 home scores there. A packed house could fuel another big performance in one of the season’s biggest matchups.

The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks’ Arkansas Gardening School in Fayetteville will bring hands-on learning to local gardeners on Saturday, Feb 28.
