Bentonville’s Historic Ice House Set For Big Transformation
Bentonville’s iconic Ice House will enter a new chapter after it was purchased for $7.5M.
A Nod to History: Used as an icehouse in the 1900s, the property will be reimagined as Icebox, a mixed-use building, with plans for over 50 high-end residences atop 20K sq ft of commercial and retail space.
Sky-High: Plans include unique amenities like a sky garden, making Icebox Bentonville’s first for-sale live-work-play community. Groundbreaking is targeted for 2028.

Olympic Gold Medalist Set To Race In Fayetteville
Olympic 100m gold medalist Noah Lyles will race the 200m at the 2026 Tyson Invitational at the Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, set for Friday, Feb 13, through Saturday, Feb 14.
A Global Star on the Track Lyles, the 2024 Paris Olympic 100m champion, owns eight World Athletics titles and holds the American 200m record at 19.31 seconds. He’s scheduled to compete in the men’s 200m Championship race in Fayetteville on Saturday, Feb 14 at 2:40p, giving fans a rare chance to watch one of the world’s fastest athletes up close.
A World-Class Meet Experience The Tyson Invitational will feature multiple World Athletics Silver status events across both days, showcasing elite talent in sprints, hurdles, jumps, and middle-distance races.

Trail Xploration will host a Singles Valentine’s Day Hike at Hobbs State Park near Rogers on Saturday, Feb 14, from 9-11a.
Love Hiking: Everyone is welcome, single or not, and encouraged to make new connections, bring a furry friend, or simply enjoy the beauty of nature along the Pigeon Roost Loop Trail.
Pouring Good Times: After the hike, the group will head to Ozark Beer Company in Rogers for more time to mingle with other hikers.
