Local Dads Hit Home Run with New Sports Card Shop

Three local dads—Alex, Alan, and Ryan—have turned their shared love for sports cards into a small business that’s bringing the community together in Northwest Arkansas.

  • From Hobby to Hustle: NWA Sportscards started as a conversation in June 2024 and has become a bustling sports card shop fueled by childhood memories and a rekindled passion for collecting. The trio combined Alex’s dream of owning a ball card shop, Ryan’s pandemic rediscovery of the hobby, and Alan’s business expertise to create a unique gathering place for sports enthusiasts.

  • A Family Affair: Beyond collecting, the shop is giving the dads the chance to teach their 12-year-old baseball-playing sons the ins and outs of entrepreneurship. The boys are actively learning business skills while carrying on the generational love for the hobby.

Visit the shop at 3000 SW Regency Pkwy #16 in Bentonville and learn more HERE.
