Run the Check: Rampy MS Research Foundation Going The Distance For MS
Rampy MS Research Foundation is going the distance in the fight to cure multiple sclerosis…literally. On Giving Tuesday, Dec 3, over 40 runners and kids will relay over 200 miles in just 36 hours to deliver a research grant to the UAMS in Little Rock.
Moving Towards a Cure: Run the Check was organized by Jo and Scott Rampy as part of the foundation’s Giving Tuesday fundraising efforts. Jo Rampy’s diagnosis of multiple sclerosis catalyzed the couple’s advocacy for MS research and the creation of the Rampy MS Research Foundation in 2012.
Run The Check: The extraordinary effort aims to more than double the donation of an MS research grant from $30,000 to $65,000. A group of local kids will kick off the event by running a 5-mile stretch in Downtown Bentonville on Monday, Dec 1.
Donate to a segment and help double the donation HERE.
