Fayetteville & Bentonville Plan To Light Up Their Downtown Squares This Weekend

Two of Northwest Arkansas’s favorite holiday light displays will flip the switch this weekend as Fayetteville and Bentonville light their Downtown Squares.
Fay-Town: Join an energetic countdown to the flipping of the switch as The Lights of the Ozarks come on at Fayetteville's Historic Downtown Square. Live music and merriment will follow the lighting ceremony this Friday, Nov 22, at 6p.
B-Ville: Witness thousands of lights and enjoy live music as Bentonville hosts its Lighting of the Square celebration this Saturday, Nov 23. The lights come on at 6p!

INVERSE Performance Art Festival Takes Over The Momentary This Weekend
Experience local and national artists display their innovative methods during the INVERSE Performance Art Festival 2024 at the Momentary this weekend, Nov 21-24.
Our Turn: The annual INVERSE Performance Art Festival began in 2016 in Northwest Arkansas and rotates between two host locations—the Momentary in Bentonville and the San Luis Obispo Museum of Art in California. The event provides artists an opportunity to push the boundaries of conventional methodologies in front of a live audience.
The Art: INVERSE lasts for four days at the Momentary, where guests can experience dance, theatrics, live music, food, and different explorations of performance art.

Vision 2030: A Roadmap For Health Care Transformation In Northwest Arkansas

Last week, the Northwest Arkansas Council and Heartland Whole Health Institute shared Northwest Arkansas Health Care Vision 2030, a report outlining progress and future goals to transform health care in the region amid its rapid population growth.
Current Progress: Since 2019, the region has reduced patient outmigration by $255M and boosted the healthcare sector’s economic impact by 80%. It is now on track to reach $6.1B by 2030. Major investments, including $529.5M in healthcare infrastructure, have laid a strong foundation for future growth.
Future Goals: Vision 2030 aims to expand specialty care in the region, grow the healthcare workforce through new training programs like the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine, foster research and innovation, and establish Northwest Arkansas as a leader in value-based care and healthcare innovation.
