Sub-stantial News: Zelli Pasta was announced as the redevelopment's first commercial tenant. The ground floor will feature a sandwich shop and bodega serving sandwiches and pasta, along with an Italian market and potentially homemade ice cream. This will be Zelli Pasta's second NWA location, joining its original shop in Springdale.

What's to Come: The 1.17-acre property will also include neighborhood-focused businesses, office space, and eight attached townhomes, which are expected to go on sale in early 2027. Construction on the entire redevelopment is expected to wrap up by June 2027.

Austin Powers Up: Delta will operate the new nonstop flight starting Monday, Mar 8, 2027, making Austin XNA’s 29th nonstop destination.

Direct Hit: XNA now offers more nonstop destinations than several larger metro areas, including Buffalo, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Tucson.

A Holiday Spectacular: This theatrical cirque production combines Broadway-style entertainment with contemporary circus arts, bringing holiday characters to life through jaw-dropping performances. The 2026 production features original music, live performances of holiday favorites, new sets, fun scenery, and stunning costumes.

Pick Your Perfect Show: Performances are scheduled for Friday, Dec 4, at 7p, Saturday, Dec 5, at 11a and 3p, and Sunday, Dec 6, at 2p. With shows throughout the weekend, families can find a time that works best for their holiday plans.

Raising the Roof: The expansion will add a two-story building for premium hospitality, replacing the Land O’Lakes open-air tent that has been around since 2014. The Land O’Lakes Lounge will remain on the first floor of the new building, partially enclosed and climate-controlled. The second floor will feature an all-inclusive club with drinks, dining, air conditioning, comfortable seating, and a private patio.

More Room to Rock: The project will also add a backstage artist wing that includes a gym and lounge for dressing, catering, and more.

A First of Many: In just 12 months, Hive has grown to 35K Facebook members, becoming one of Arkansas’s largest networking communities. Its more than two dozen free annual events bring together professionals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to build relationships and grow their businesses. Founded by Rebecca “Queenie Be” Luther, Hive aims to make networking more welcoming while helping people find meaningful connections across the region.
