Units will range from studios to two-bedrooms, offering convenient access to Crystal Bridges, the AWSOM campus, and Bentonville’s trails.

  • Whole-Health Living: The landscape will feature ponds, walking trails, and reflection spaces designed to encourage physical and mental wellness. Bike storage facilities will support access to Bentonville’s trail system, promoting whole-health living on campus.
