The Stonebreaker Hotel’s Restaurant and Member Club Opens Next Week
Specialized Real Estate Group’s Stonebreaker project, a 78-room hotel and event venue atop Markham Hill in Fayetteville, will officially open its restaurant and members’ club next Wednesday, Oct 30. The hotel is scheduled to open in early winter.
Roots So Strong: The new hospitality destination’s restaurant will celebrate Arkansas flavors with a seasonally focused menu led by acclaimed Chef Tyler Rogers, who previously served as executive chef at Hail Fellow Well Met! in Johnson.
They Break Stones: A membership at The Club at Stonebreaker offers year-round access to the 15-acre site, exclusive members-only events and programs, and priority entry to amenities like a private bar, lounges, co-working spaces, pool, hot tub, and more

Ritter and Spool Apartments Break Ground in Downtown Rogers
High Street Real Estate & Development broke ground last week on the Ritter and Spool Apartments in Downtown Rogers, two three-story buildings at South 1st and West Chestnut that will add 45 new apartment units to the area.
Contemporary Living: The project’s design blends contemporary living with Downtown Rogers's historic charm, emphasizing walkability and energy-efficient living spaces that fit seamlessly into the area’s character.
Modern Charm: This project supports the Rogers Lowell Chamber’s vision of transforming Downtown Rogers into a hub for living, working, and recreation. The apartments also help meet the growing demand for residential space while breathing new life into previously underutilized lots.

🍺 Creepy Crawlies: Prepare to haunt the best bars in town during the Crawl-O-Ween Downtown Bentonville Bar Crawl this Friday, Oct 25, starting at 5p.
🤖 Sensory Friendly: HallowZing on Friday, Oct 25, is a special night for children with special needs, their siblings, and grown-ups to have the Amazeum all to themselves! Tickets are just $2 and free for members.
🍬 Fearmers Market: Trick Or Treat the booths of your favorite local vendors during the final outdoor Bentonville Farmers Market of the year this Saturday, Oct 26, from 7:30a-1p.
🌽 Fall Harvest: Paint pumpkins, shop local vendors, and enter a costume contest during the Fayetteville Farmers Market Fall Harvest Celebration this Saturday, Oct 26, from 7a-2p.

🧟 The Walking Dead: Eureka Springs will swarm with hordes of the walking dead during the annual Zombie Crawl this Saturday, Oct 26. Activities start at noon, and the parade takes off at 6p.
🎨 Trick Art Treat: Show off your costumes, eat candy, and enjoy art-making activities during Trick Art Treat at Crystal Bridges in Bentonville this Sunday, Oct 27, from 10a-3p.

Local Filmmaker Raising Funds To Produce Film About Bella Vista’s Wonderland Cave
Local filmmaker Krista Bradley will host a fundraising gala for her film Wonderland Cave, based on an iconic piece of Bella Vista history, at Meteor Guitar Gallery in Bentonville this Thursday, Oct 24, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Underground History: In the 1930s and '40s, Wonderland Cave was the world’s largest underground nightclub known for its hopping nightlife. It drew crowds from around the country and hosted some big names in the jazz music scene, like Louis Armstrong, Glenn Miller, and Duke Ellington.
Get Jazzy: Partly filmed in Northwest Arkansas, Wonderland Cave is about a moonshining family in 1930s Arkansas and revolves around the iconic nightclub. The gala will raise money for the film’s full production, and guests will enjoy live jazz, dancing, presentations from local historians, and footage from the film.
