5 Signs Your Home May Need Better Insulation
Fayetteville’s average first freeze date is October 21, and funny enough, that’s today! Now’s the time to get your home ready for colder weather. Here are five signs your insulation may need some attention.
That One Cold Room: Does one room never warm up, no matter the thermostat setting? Are your floors too cold for bare feet, your furnace constantly running, or drafts sneaking through closed doors and windows? If you can see the tops of your ceiling joists in the attic, your insulation may be too thin.
Keep the Heat In: Sound familiar? iFOAM Insulation of Northwest Arkansas is certified, licensed and insured, offering spray foam, blown-in and batt insulation. Estimates are free, take less than an hour, and come with no obligation. Financing is available, too.

Rogers Voters To Decide On $457M Bond Package
Rogers voters will decide on a $457M bond package during the 2026 General Election.
Check Yes or No: If approved, the package would extend the city’s existing 1-cent sales tax rather than introduce a new one. The ballot includes six separate items, starting with a $118M refinancing of existing bonds. The other five can only move forward if that first item passes.
On the Ballot: The proposed bond package would fund more than 200 miles of street repairs, double animal shelter capacity, add about 250 acres of parks, increase police evidence storage capacity by 400%, and more.
