Downtown Bentonville Hosts Crawl-O-Ween Bar Crawl

Downtown Bentonville’s Crawl-O-Ween Bar Crawl takes place Saturday, Oct 25, from 5-10p.

  • Boo Beer: Dress up in your favorite Halloween costume and enjoy themed drinks, music, and community throughout participating restaurants & bars, offering a unique way to experience multiple stops in one evening.

Hero Half Marathon Runs Through Fayetteville

The Hero Half Marathon returns to Fayetteville on Saturday, Nov 8, with races kicking off at 7:30a.

  • Born to Run: The event includes a half marathon, 10K, and 5K, plus a unique Firefighter Challenge, where first responders run the course in full gear. This year, organizers are ditching traditional age group awards in favor of prizes for runners who beat their own previous Hero Half times.

  • Run This Town: Proceeds support local nonprofits that promote fitness and meet community needs across Northwest Arkansas.

Big Paws of the Ozarks Receives $10K Grant from Adventure Subaru

Earlier this month, Adventure Subaru and Big Paws of the Ozarks hosted a festive Monster Mash Adoption Bash at Ozark Natural Foods, bringing the community together to support local pets.

  • Big Gifts for Big Paws: Adventure Subaru awarded a $10,000 grant to Big Paws of the Ozarks through the ASPCA to help care for adoptable animals across Northwest Arkansas. The event included pet adoptions, giveaways, and a focus on helping the “Underdogs," pets with special challenges.

  • Ongoing Support: Throughout October, Adventure Subaru is collecting pet supplies like food, treats, and cleaning products in their Fayetteville showroom. It's part of Subaru Loves Pets®, a national initiative supporting shelters with over $3.1M in grants this year.

Arkansas Blues & String Band Festival In Springdale

The 3rd Annual Arkansas Blues & String Band Festival hits Downtown Springdale Friday, Nov 14, through Sunday, Nov 16.

  • Pluckin’ Through the Ozarks: This year’s event celebrates The Natural State’s deep musical roots, spotlighting artists who keep country, blues, and stringband traditions alive, with its Where the Delta Meets the Ozarks theme.

  • Strum Along: Catch live sets across Springdale from acts like American Banjo Hall of Famer Dom Flemons & The Traveling Wildfires, The Jake Leg Stompers, and more, plus square dancing, a ballad-off, a stringband championship, workshops, and storytelling.
