The deadline to apply for Fayetteville Public Library’s entrepreneurship program, Maker to Market, is this Friday, Aug 22.

UAMS Launches Nurse Anesthetist Program

UAMS has expanded an existing Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) program to its Fayetteville campus, beginning this fall.

  • Study Up: The three-year program is the first of its kind in Northwest Arkansas. Students will balance time in the classroom and in local clinical facilities, gaining hands-on experience.

  • Felt Need: With NWA’s rapid population growth, aging demographics, and rising healthcare demands, the expansion aims to address the region’s growing need for CRNAs.

The 78th Annual Ozark Folk Festival hits the stage in Eureka Springs, Sep 4-6.
