Fayetteville’s AcreTrader Acquired By Proterra Investment Partners

AcreTrader, the Fayetteville-based agri-tech company, was acquired this week by Proterra Investment Partners (PIP).

• Big Ag + Big Tech: With this acquisition, PIP adds AcreTrader’s farmland investment trading platform and strong industry relationships to its $3.4B portfolio, helping to deliver more value to both farmers and investors.

• Staying Local: Acres, the fast-growing land intelligence branch of the company was not part of the acquisition and will continue to operate independently. AcreTrader founder, Carter Malloy, confirmed that all jobs in Fayetteville are secure, and the operations of both AcreTrader and Acres will stay here.

Monster trucks roll their way into Springdale’s Parsons Stadium for the Insanity Tour this Saturday, Aug 16.

TheatreSquared kicks off its 20th season in Fayetteville with Kevin Ludwig’s The Three Musketeers.
