Fayetteville’s AcreTrader Acquired By Proterra Investment Partners
AcreTrader, the Fayetteville-based agri-tech company, was acquired this week by Proterra Investment Partners (PIP).
Big Ag + Big Tech: With this acquisition, PIP adds AcreTrader’s farmland investment trading platform and strong industry relationships to its $3.4B portfolio, helping to deliver more value to both farmers and investors.
Staying Local: Acres, the fast-growing land intelligence branch of the company was not part of the acquisition and will continue to operate independently. AcreTrader founder, Carter Malloy, confirmed that all jobs in Fayetteville are secure, and the operations of both AcreTrader and Acres will stay here.

Monster Truck Tour Rolls Into Springdale On Saturday
Monster trucks roll their way into Springdale’s Parsons Stadium for the Insanity Tour this Saturday, Aug 16.
Ride-Along: Start your engines early at the pre-show pit party for a chance to meet Insanity Tour drivers, snap photos, grab autographs, and even ride in a monster truck, happening from 5:30-7p.
Monster Mash: The main event begins at 7:30p with Monster Truck Freestyle LIVE!, King of the Monsters, and legendary BIGFOOT! planned.
