400-Acre Downtown Development In The Queue For Centerton
Centerton, the state’s fastest growing city, is planning a new downtown to keep up with its booming growth.
Ready to Level Up: For years, Centerton has been considered a bedroom community to Bentonville. Affordable to live in, but lacking amenities. Now, the city wants to change that by creating a place where residents can live, work, and play, all without leaving town.
Old Meets New: The development will occur in 3 phases. First comes a revamp of Old Town. Then, a 400 acre development of New Town. Finally, a pedestrian-friendly connection linking the two. City leaders expect to finalize the master plan within a year.

XNA Hits New Altitude After Record-Breaking June
Following a big travel month in June, XNA broke their own traffic record… again!
Cleared for Takeoff Records: 125,189 travelers took flight from XNA last month, a solid 15% jump from last year. It’s the first time ever the airport has pushed past 125K passengers in a single month.
How They’d Do It? Records were broken for 3 reasons: fresh new routes, extra capacity added to the airport, and Walmart Shareholders bringing in associates from across the country.
