Wishing you a fireworks-filled Fourth of July! Here are a few shows set for this Friday:

  • Festival Flashes: Visit the Freedom Fest in Gentry from 12-10p.

  • Pedal on the 4th: Start the holiday at a Bike Parade in Pea Ridge from 10-11a.

  • Rooftop Vibes: Celebrate on a rooftop at Bentonville’s Falfurrias starting at 7p (ticket required).

  • Park Hangout: Enjoy fireworks lighting up Orchards Park from 7-11p.

  • Block Party Fun: Community fun with food & fireworks in Siloam Springs from 5-8p.

  • Stars & Symphony: Music & fireworks under the lights at the Walmart AMP. Gates open at 6:30p (ticket required).

  • Baseball & Big Booms: Baseball & fireworks with the NWA Naturals. First pitch at 6:30p with fireworks post-game (ticket required).

Bentonville Adds New Locally Owned Sandwichery

Archie’s Sandwichery, a locally owned and independently operated sandwich shop located on Walton Blvd, is now open Wed-Mon.

XNA and Crystal Bridges Will Host Ceremony for New Satellite Gallery

XNA and Crystal Bridges Museum plan to celebrate the opening of new satellite art gallery located near Terminal B on Thursday, Jul 10, at 10a.

  • Leveling Up: Travelers flying through XNA will receive a fresh dose of creativity thanks to a rotating selection of artwork from Crystal Bridges’ permanent collection.

  • Take A Rest: The space is designed to integrate Northwest Arkansas’s cultural identity into the airport, providing passengers the opportunity to pause, reflect, and enjoy the beauty of art.

Arvest Foundation Boosts Local Diaper Bank with $18,000 Grant

The Arvest Foundation has awarded $18,000 to Family Network in Springdale to expand warehouse capacity for The Diaper Collective, Arkansas's only nationally-affiliated diaper bank.

  • Positive Changes: Since launching four years ago, The Diaper Collective has distributed over one million diapers to local families. The grant will fund essential warehouse equipment, allowing for more efficient operations and increased donation capacity.

  • Diapers Needed: According to the National Diaper Bank Network, one in two U.S. families struggles to afford enough diapers to keep their children clean and dry. The Diaper Collective distributes roughly 60,000 diapers monthly and will soon be able to serve even more families in the region.

Otter is about a year and a half old. He is a shy boy with new people, but he has really opened up in his foster home. He is playful and a little silly. Otter does well with other dogs and loves to play in water (hence the name)! Otter would love to be your playful, loving bestie!
