• From Farm to Table: Located on 50 acres in Bentonville, Sun Painted Farm will feature an organic working farm, a farm stand, a guesthouse, and a restaurant, all designed to offer the community a true sense of place. 

• Bentonville’s Newest Bite: Sun Painted Farm will open its restaurant, Ryn, this Thursday, June 19. Make your reservation to enjoy a seasonal menu crafted by renowned chef Matthew Cooper, featuring produce sourced directly from their farm.

XNA Breaks Records as More Travelers Choose to Fly Local

XNA hit an all-time high, with 6,443 travelers passing through security on Friday, June 6, making it the busiest day in airport history.

• On the Rise: This surge isn’t just a one-time spike. With events like Walmart Shareholders drawing visitors and more NWA residents choosing XNA over out-of-state airports, traffic is steadily increasing, according to a recent report.

• New Routes: XNA’s growth is set to continue as major airlines add XNA nonstop flights to destinations like Salt Lake City, helping reduce passenger leakage to neighboring airports.

NARPC Unveils $16.6M Infrastructure Plan to Support 1M Population Projection

The Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission (NARPC) announced a $16.6 million funding plan to support local and regional infrastructure improvements.

• Safer, Green Transportation: Funded by three federal programs, the NARPC will launch 21 projects across the region, including local road, trail, sidewalk, and safety enhancements.

• Planning for 2050: These initiatives aim to accommodate a projected population of 1 million by 2050 by improving mobility, increasing safety, expanding transportation options, and reducing emissions.
