Downtown Rogers Pilots Smart Bike Locks with Local Startup
Cyclists in Downtown Rogers have a new way to securely park their bikes thanks to a pilot program with local startup Lockstop.
Built By Bikers: Founded to solve the frustration of stolen bikes and forgotten locks, Lockstop blends startup innovation with everyday convenience. The app transforms standard bike racks into smart, app-enabled locks, offering cities a safer, smarter way to make biking an easy choice for commuters.
Try It Free: The City of Rogers has partnered with Lockstop to install locks at local favorites like Onyx Coffee Lab, Ozark Beer Co., Natural State Beer Co., and Frisco Plaza. Riders simply download the Lockstop app to scan, lock, and go. The locks are free to use during the pilot phase, which will run for the next few months as the city gauges public interest for a potential permanent rollout.

Rise to the Challenge at Coler Mountain Bike Preserve

Peel Compton Foundation
Peel Compton Foundation is excited to announce the return of the Rise Challenge Presented by Niagara at Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Two race dates are set this fall, Aug 9 and Nov 8.
Rise To The Challenge: Back for its second year, this endurance event dares runners, hikers, and outdoor athletes to conquer The Rise, Coler’s legendary staircase, by completing as many laps as possible up and down its 186 steps.
Stairway to Heaven: Registration is $50 and includes entry to both race dates, a T-shirt, and a Junk headband. Races begin at 7:00a (Women) and 8:15a (Men). Winners in each category will be crowned Queen & King of the Rise… and will likely spend a few days feeling pretty sore. But worth it, right?
