Celebrating 50 Years of Rogers History
The Rogers Historical Museum will celebrate its golden anniversary with a special exhibit, “The Rogers Historical Museum: Celebrating 50 Years!” opening this Saturday, April 5.
Local Legacy: Founded in 1975 as a local effort to preserve Rogers’s disappearing history, the museum began in the former 1905 Bank of Rogers building. It has since grown into a cornerstone institution dedicated to showcasing the heritage of Northwest Arkansas.
70s Vibes: The new exhibit offers a scrapbook-style journey through five decades of artifacts, photos, and milestones. Visitors this weekend can enjoy the grand opening and mark their calendars for a full year of retro fun—including crafts, birthday parties, and hands-on programs.

Explore Monument Trails During the 36th Annual Ozark Mountain Bike Festival
The Ozark Mountain Bike Festival returns to Devil’s Den State Park this weekend for its 36th year of trail riding and family-friendly fun, Apr 4–6.
Join The Ride: Join the Ozark Off-Road Cyclists and park staff for group rides across the Monument Trails, with options for beginners through experienced riders. It’s a great way to explore the birthplace of Arkansas mountain biking with some local know-how.
Contests & Cookouts: Beyond the rides, enjoy crowd-favorite contests like the Big Splash Contest, a poker run, and a bike toss. There will also be several non-biking events throughout the weekend, helping visitors explore and learn about nature at Devil’s Den. Saturday evening wraps up with a cookout and ice cream social, perfect for swapping stories and winding down.

Putt Putt Your Way Through Fayetteville Public Library During Reading The Greens
Reading the Greens, hosted by the Fayetteville Public Library Foundation, is back for its third year. The community is invited to putt their way through an 18-hole mini-golf course set up inside and around the library on Saturday, Apr 12, at 7p.
Mini Golf, Major Fun: Teams of 4 will enjoy an evening of friendly competition and fun while playing an 18-hole mini golf course and three special challenge holes throughout the library for the chance to win prizes. Team registration is $300, and spectators can purchase tickets to join the non-golf fun for $45.
Putting it On: Attendees will enjoy food by Ozark Catering, drinks, and gameplay as sports personality Bo Mattingly and DJ Shortfuze keep the energy flowing throughout the evening. Team themes and costumes are highly encouraged!

2025 VoiceJam A Cappella Competition Returns to Walton Arts Center
The VoiceJam A Cappella Festival returns to Walton Arts Center this weekend, Apr 4-6, with performances, workshops, and competitions for music lovers of all kinds.
Aca-fun: Now in its ninth year, VoiceJam features a national competition and hands-on workshops taught by a cappella pros. Local singers will take part in the WACappella and a new “One-Day Choir” experience.
Aca-please: Workshops on vocal percussion, arranging, and more are free and open to the public. A headline performance by The Edge Effect is set for Friday, Apr 4, at 7:30p. Tickets are $10.
