Affordable Housing Project For Artists In The Works In Fayetteville

Fayetteville could soon have a dedicated space for artists to live and work as Artspace, a national arts-focused developer, assesses the city’s creative space needs.

  • Creating Space: Artspace is a national nonprofit that develops affordable live/work spaces for artists and creatives through mixed-use projects. Consultants recently toured the city for potential sites, including land near the Fayetteville Public Library and the Mount Sequoyah campus, though nothing has been decided yet. Artspace is working on a similar project in Little Rock—pictured above.

  • For Creators: The proposed building would offer 50-70 affordable live/work units, gallery space, and community areas designed to support and showcase local artists. Residents earning 30-80% of the area median income would be eligible, with artists given priority during the application process.

  • Customers In Control: Adventure Subaru has a mission to provide a stress-free, transparent car-buying experience. They also make trading in your car easy by providing a real offer to purchase your vehicle. So even if you don’t end up buying from them, they’ll still buy your car.
