New Farm-To-Table Concept From Matthew Cooper & Conifer To Open This Year
Chef Matthew Cooper, the culinary mind behind Conifer, is opening a new farm-to-table tasting menu restaurant called Ryn in Bentonville later this year.
Living The Dream: For 20 years, Cooper has envisioned creating a restaurant deeply connected to the land. That dream is coming to life with Ryn, which will remain 100% gluten-free while sourcing ingredients from local farmers and its own on-site farm.
Farm To Table: Housed in a renovated farmhouse with a farm just steps from the kitchen, Ryn will produce much of its own food, ensuring fresh, seasonal dishes. The team recently shared digital renderings of the farm’s design, crafted by landscape designer Lauren Irwin.
Check out a concept video of the space on Instagram HERE.
