Experience World Class Classical Music At Crystal Bridges
Crystal Bridges recently announced the musician lineup for its 2025 Van Cliburn Concert Series, which will feature three award-winning pianists in the museum's Great Hall throughout the year.
Ain’t It Grand: Each pianist will perform on the museum's stunning Steinway & Sons grand piano, formerly owned by Van Cliburn—one of America's most celebrated ambassadors of classical music.
At The Keys: The museum's 2025 Van Cliburn Concert series kicks off on Feb 21 with gold medalist Haochen Zhang, followed by Clayton Stephenson on Sep 5, and Grammy-winning Yefim Bronfman on Dec 18.

New Cafe + Bookstore Coming To Downtown Springdale

Casa Magnolia
Casa Magnolia—an arts-focused cafe and community space envisioned by Chef Rafael Rios, the owner of Yeyo’s— is set to open in Downtown Springdale early this year.
In The Casa: Rachel Stuckey Slaton and Monica Diodati, the duo behind Two Friends Bookstore in Bentonville, have also launched a nonprofit called Two Friends Community Books, which will play a significant role in the project.
Let’s Read: The space will feature art, a cafe, food trucks, ice cream, and a pay-what-you-can bookstore. Thanks to a donation from Ambivert Books, Arkansas's only Spanish-language bookshop, the bookstore will also include a large selection of original Spanish-language literature.

Motel 6 on College Ave Is About To See A Major Renovation

Dwellist
The long-standing Motel 6 on College Ave. in Fayetteville is under new ownership, which plans to renovate the space into a boutique motel.
Historic Properties: The property was acquired by Dwellist, a development firm co-founded by University of Arkansas alumnus and Arkansas native Charlie Mackey. The firm specializes in reimagining existing properties with a preservation-focused approach.
Reimagined: Dwellist plans to transform the Motel 6 property into an independent boutique motel featuring upgraded rooms, a redesigned pool area, and new amenities like a coffee shop, cocktail bar, and potentially a dog park.

Are You Raising The World’s Next Great Ballerina?
Ozark Ballet Theater is inviting serious young dancers aged 10+ to audition for its elite pre-professional ballet program this Saturday, Feb 1.
Train for the Stage: This rigorous program offers up to 12+ hours of weekly training, small class sizes, and a five-week summer intensive. Accepted dancers will also perform in four full-length productions, including Snow White and The Nutcracker.
On Point: Only eight spots are available, with two full scholarships offered. As the region’s only nonprofit classical ballet academy, Ozark Ballet Theater is dedicated to nurturing Northwest Arkansas’s next generation of professional dancers.
