USL Arkansas Receives Rezoning Approval For Proposed Stadium

USL Arkansas has reached a significant milestone as the proposed site for its state-of-the-art sports venue received approval for rezoning during the City of Rogers Planning Commission meeting on Jul 18.

  • Paving the Way: The 11.55-acre stadium site at the corner of W Green Acres Rd & S 41st St will be rezoned under the Uptown Commercial Mixed Use (U-COM) and Uptown Entertainment (U-ENT) classifications, paving the way for the construction of a much-anticipated sports facility.

  • Next Steps: Final approval will be sought at the Jul 25 City Council meeting, then it hopefully won’t be long until we see red dirt at the site and groundwork being laid for the 5000+ seat multi-use stadium. In the meantime, have you submitted ideas for the team names and colors?
